Just purchased a mattress from Riley boys warehouse. From going in to ordering the mattress to having it delivered what a joy. No pushy sales patter, no pressure, just very polite young men indeed. Very curtious indeed. Explained what kind it was that we were after and knew straight away which ones to show us. Price very reasonable too. Also do a takeaway service of our old mattress for a reasonable price too. Would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to purchase any other items we may need in future.A very satisfied customer ??Mrs Garside

Riley Boys were brilliant from start to finish. Plenty of carpets to choose from and all the staff on site were really helpful, helping us choose the ideal carpet for our house. The carpet fitter was excellent, and fitted underlay & carpets for the whole upstairs for a very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be using them again in the future!

Thanks to Jack and the team for fitting my stairs carpet. Done a great job and picked the carpet from there Bridlington outlet. From choosing to fitting in over a week was great timing for us. Will be using again for future carpets.

Brilliant. A friendly and helpful bunch. We got our main bedroom re-carpeted for about half the price we were expecting. So we'll definitely be using Riley Boys for the other rooms that also need doing.

Very disappointed originally. We had a booking arranged for someone to measure up at our home on Monday 10th July at 9am. At 9.50am I rang, as no one had contacted us to say they were running late, and were told they were busy with deliveries, and someone would set off in 20 minutes.I rang again almost an hour later and they still hadn't set off. I told them not to bother coming, very poor customer service.A short while later we were called by Jack who said he was embarrassed and apologised profusely. He said the team had been overwhelmed by deliveries while he was out. He agreed communication had been very poor. I agreed for him to come and measure for the carpet, he turned up at the rearranged time, brought some flowers and gave us a decent discount by way of an apology. The carpet fitting is booked for next week.

This is the third time we?ve used Rileyboys Carpets and they have never disappointed. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the store and just as professional when fitting the carpet. Can?t recommend this company enough. Will definitely be using Rileyboys again.
