Great service from start to finish. Phillipa was an absolute star. Very personable and approachable. No questions were too big or too small. At times we felt out of our depth as first time buyers but we were soon put at ease, and felt that we were in good hands with Phillipa?s vast knowledge of the lenders out there and what they could offer to us. If we were to do the process over again, Proactive would be our go to.

Rob Ellerton dealt with getting our first mortgage. Could not recommend enough!
