“I would like to thank Tony Mac for his efficiency and helpfulness. I posted an envelope inadvertently with the work post which had part of a collection in for one of the girls who had had an operation and we were going to see the next day. I was planning to get some flowers to go with other presents with the money in the envelope. I went round the next morning and told Tony what had happened and he went out of his way to retrieve the envelope and contacted me. Thank you. Sue”

“I am bi polar and can find visiting shops very demanding, Aldi Tesco and Morrison's refused me entry because I forget to take a mask, they wouldn't even let me in to buy one. West hill stopped me entering. When I said I forget it they gave me one. I can't even remember to drink or eat. Without west hill I would have gone without food.”
