I recall coming to this shop earlier in the year to find something to assist with the imminent death of the family cat, a 22 year old. They genuinely couldn?t have cared any less. It still fills me with anger the way I was talked to and how small I was made to feel at an extremely emotional time.
These people don?t care about you or your animal. They care about your money.

Away for a few days visiting Scarborough from Ireland ?? but I always pop into this pet shop even though there's one in Scarborough, too, but find the friendly and helpful and I always find something for Finn himself

I took my 5 month old cockerpoo puppy Hugo for his first pamper session , The two ladies in the groom room at bridlington couldn't have been any nicer . I wasn't sure as to how they would get on with hugo as he has a mind of his own , but they said he had been amazing , Hugo looked adorable when he came out infact I had to look twice to make sure he was my dog !! Hugo is quite a clingy dog but you could tell he was relaxed in their company and surroundings. He is booked in for a full groom next time . Would highly recommend the bridlington groom room to anyone thinking of taking their fur baby their .
