I did have a delivery service, but they were always late. Then I got my carer to pick my prescription up for me that's vital to my health and pain relief.
Today, he picked them up and they gave me the wrong medication. They gave me a past prescription instead of the prescription that was put through today. I am in now in agony because they didn't get the medication/prescription right.

Appalling service. My disabled 80 year old mum had to pay £60+ for her prescriptions to be delivered for 12 months. As if that's not bad enough, Without fail, she has to call and call every month to see why her medication hasn't been delivered as after TWO WEEKS and running out of essential medicines, they still can't manage to deliver. She's had to go in and pick it up on several occasions . No one answers the phone, and they make excuses when she finally gets through and promise to deliver that day only for it not to arrive yet again. I moved her to Marton road pharmacy before the 12 month delivery payment ran out as it was too stressful every month and constantly running out of medication.... the prescription was delivered in 24hours! Whoever is responsible for this pharmacy should be embarrassed and refund my mother's delivery payment.

Prescription service is ok. Counter service slow and they happily ignore a queue of people. telephone service terrible. Mistake choosing this chemist.

Very unprofessional experience from the pharmacist himself. Doctor issued me with a prescription for Vertigo on a Friday afternoon. I was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday. I am sure with a bit of good will he could have pushed it through but NO compassion from his side so I was left without medication all weekend. Will definitely not be using this pharmacy again.

Disgusting service. Staff require a lot more training. Every time I go in for my Wife's prescription I am told they either don't have it or it has been given to someone else. Today was exactly the same. It is disgusting and when I try and officially complain, the staff are just not interested

I feel 5 stars is not enough, my personal experience with the pharmacy has always been very good, I have always found the staff always go above & beyond and are alway friendly and professional, I have never felt the need to go anywhere else.

Poor experience. Not customer focused at all. Not enough staff and drugs often missing from prescription order. TOTALLY DISORGANISED go elsewhere.

Unfortunately a very poor experience here.I always appreciate that staff are busy making up prescriptions and serving other customers , some customers are a huge priority over myself just needing a few items from the counter.In this instance today, two people were served for prescriptions in front of me in what looked like a fully staffed pharmacy.I was then left at the counter waiting. Patiently I waited....and waited and waited being totally ignored for just over 20 minutes .To be honest I found the whole experience dry and uncomfortable until finally served by a younger person who asked questions that were personal to myself.I do not recommend this chemist unfortunately. It is a shame .

On returning I was given what I thought I was owed, no, when I got home there was still medicine missing. When I went back in i was told that it was in the owing box? oh yeah along with what I was given earlier.\\nIncompetents, with the amount of staff in there how do they manage to be so dreadful at what they do.\\nJust changed nominated chemists.

This used to be a great pharmacy but has recently took a nose dive last 3 time we have been for prescription they have either not had It or only had part. Some of the staff lately we have found to be a bit ignorant and unhelpful.
