Fantastic quality carpets.Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff in the shop are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Putting you at ease and helping you choose the products that are right for you. Quality wise and budget wise there is something for everybody. The fitters were very professional. Would highly recommend.

Excellenty serrvice and advice. They even came to my bungalow with the sample I chose to make sure I was happy with the colour. Fitters also excellent after fitting my carpet they vacuumed my carpet. Cannot recommend them enough.Julia and Derek in Bridlington

We used KRP to supply and fit a lounge and bedroom carpet. Excellent service from enquiry/order with Richard to install with the fitters and payment after with Jon. Arrived on time, 2 fitters who were a pair of characters, the banter and service was great. Even took away the offcuts and vacuumed. Highly recommend

These guys did everything they could to accommodate us in replacing all our carpets in our parkhome, they did this in three stages Fridays only as it?s a holiday home. We?re kept up to speed on everything we asked for and it was no trouble as we had to change around fitting different rooms on different Fridays to accommodate deliveries of other items. The two fitters were Fantastic great workers and happy to have banter with us( which makes for a good customer tradesmen relationship l) on the last carpet we found a leak and had to stop, they helped me look at it and found the issue, however the floor was to wet/damp to put the last piece down. They fitted the rest of the carpet and fitted a temp carpet as it was in the entrance hall up to where the damp was so we could still have our grandkids visit( so no sharp edges) one the damp is sorted they will come back and finish the job no questions asked. Over all fantastic/excellent service and will recommend them to anyone.??
