It was a pleasure to purchase our property through Hunters. From the first phone contact to arrange our viewing, all the staff we dealt with were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed they had a dedicated sale progression department who assisted us with our unresponsive solicitors, especially in the final stages of our purchase. Would highly recommend.

I put my house on the market with Hunters at the end of January 2025. After speaking with a couple of other agents. They knew their business and the local market far better than the competition who left me a bit bemused.I thought it would be a long process due to the price for the area. It only took 3 viewings and 2 months later a sale was agreed.
I put that down to some excellent marketing, there were really good photos, video and drone shots which really showed the house off to its best.
The whole process was finished and completed by early July without any hitches.
I was regularly kept updated how the process was progressing by the staff.
I took the exclusive package and whilst I didn?t want a for sale board outside the property I got lots of interest.
Everything went very smoothly and I would certainly recommend the Bridlington Hunters branch to everyone.

I was impressed with Hunters when I first bought my bungalow 11 years ago so when I came to sell I used them again. And although it did take a while to sell the team at Hunters were great. Always very friendly, polite and helpful. And always kept me up to date. I can't fault them and would definitely use them again.

Hunters Estate Agents sold our house within a few days of it being put on the market. The good quality images taken by them will have helped. Good and efficient service. What more would a customer want. Would definitely recommend.

Hunters did and excellent job in helping us sell my late mother's property. Sam Lakin was knowledgeable and offered very useful ideas regarding timing and other aspects. Gemma Cowan at Hunters in Bridlington has been absolutely brilliant finding my daughter a very high quality rental in Scarborough where she is starting work at the Hospital. We used Hunters Bridlington to sell my late mother?s house. From the outset, they were professional, competent and positive which made them an easy choice for the sale. Hunters took great photos (fancy camera that also took measurements!), and began booking viewings which they performed with prospective purchasers. Hunters then worked with us throughout the sale to completion. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently sold my father's property through Hunters. The staff were helpful, informative, friendly and good at communicating. We were lucky as there wasn't a chain, therefore the process was quick and painless.
When completion day came; they even rang to congratulate me, which I thought was a lovely touch.
