This is a great little Holland and Barrett tucked away in the Promenades shopping centre.Although it?s not my local branch I often pop in here if I am in Bridlington for the day.The staff are always lovely and friendly and the store itself is clean and well stocked with a good range of products.I was looking for gluten free oats and was very pleased to get them with a £2 discount.One of the shops I always visit when in Bridlington.

I went in today for some appetite suppressants. I asked a blond haired girl where they where and if she could help me. She said they are over there on the left. She never offered to help me in the slightest. I did find them but needed some guidance. I looked but walked out as I didn't know what to get. Bridlington town centre is dying not surprised when shops treat you like this.

Great choice of vitamins, supplements and health foods but offers ate very misleading and turn out expensive.
All staff very helpful and pleasant.
