Only 1 cashier open and waited 5 minutes only to be told I couldn't put my cash in at the counter and had to go to the machine...very poor costumer service..

No counter service available for paying in a large deposit. Requested to use a machine which I adamantly refuse to do. Halifax are losing business and funds by not giving customers the service they require.

Went in the branch today, spoke to a lady about £10 loan till tomorrow, funds clear on 9/2., Answer sorry no, fair enough then the teller next to her buts in saying oh no you cant do that in front of other people and nothing to do with her, its a disgrace, glad my wages etc paid into Barclays and you get little of my business, disgusting behaviour and embarrassment for myself

I have only ever had a good customer experience at this branch whenever I visit.I only wish we had a branch in Dronfield Derbyshire which has a population of 21,500 and not a single bank!

Draining service shocking slow very loud counter staff blarting out loudly peoples transactions and make you wait while they have general chit chat I really dread coming in here.

Fantastic security for online banking. I paid for an expensive item online and they contacted me to make sure it was me.

Nice friendly staff on the whole, just a shame it's all becoming automated and more staff are stood about, waiting to lose their jobs, than serving behind an ever decreasing number of cashier positions.
