We were served by Jon when I recently bought a ring for my wife. Jon was really helpful and the chocolates were a nice touch - went down well with both of us. We then needed to get the ring reduced in size. Once again the staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for the great service.

I purchased a beautiful 2nd hand Omega constellation Ladies watch over the phone. I had only seen photographs and I was delighted to find that the watch was as new. Not a blemish on it. I can?t thank Karen enough for her kindness as she knew that I am currently battling breast cancer. She enclosed a lovely Easter card with a personal message plus a box of delicious chocolates. Thanks Karen, I have a huge smile on my face and boy do I need something to smile for atm x

I have just had my mother?s engagement ring redesigned by Griffin jewellers. The whole process was expertly managed by Jon. I showed him the design I would like then I was given a cad drawing of how it would look. It was exactly what I wanted so I went ahead with having the ring remade. I am absolutely thrilled with the ring & will enjoy wearing it whilst still having its sentimental value. I cannot recommend this wonderful jewellers highly enough.

I went in today to look at buying a watch, I had no idea what I was doing until I met Jon. Absolute legend. Showed me the best watches and gave an explanation on why they are good. Took time to make sure I was happy and had everything I wanted. I came with my grandma and he made sure she was all good too. Brilliant service. Will definitely be back.

My husband bought me a beautiful antique bloodstone fob for Xmas and the service was fab - gift wrapped beautifully with an added little gift of Chocolate Mints - lovely finishing touches - thank you. We will shop with Griffin again in the future.

Had a great experience today when visiting with my wife who has a wheelchair.
We were welcomed by Sarah who offered us a seat and made sure my wife was happy with the stairs.
We were shown the pad we required and invited to try on with a little information given about each one.
No pressure to purchase and we were made comfortable to browse.
My wife picked one which fitted but was offered a resizing service from their in house jewellery.
We paid and my wife was offered a gift as a thank you.
Good classic service.

This the best jeweller's we have been to and certainly return when we come to stay in Bridlington. This time I thought I would get some new earrings. Treated myself and got 4 pairs as previously our daughter had been spoilt here for birthday's and I made my husband buy a new watch as he was desperate for one. Fortunately for our daughter she spotted Pandora 30th anniversary Lion King bracelet and charms and she came away with that for 2 or 3 birthday's or Christmas's. Thank you to Bridget for her wonderful professional and friendly service. We also feel comfortable in this jewelers and can spend as much time as we need to make our purchase.

Nice & polite staff that offer a 5 star service .. had 2 watches that required batteries ? quick turn around at a fair price .. Helpful advice was given on maintaining & cleaning watches as well Thank you .. will be using you again for sure .. Darren
