I have been using Richardson Ford, Bridlington for about 15 year's and have always found the staff very friendly and welcoming.Lee has been our sales rep, always friendly and patient. Runs us through the process of buying the new car and making sure I understand what is happening. Even when I pop in, he makes time to say hi and asks how we are.They provide an excellent service from selling the car through to servicing the vehicle.I can thoroughly recommend them.

Ashley at Richardsons was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, very affable, and found a solution, the best fitted my needs.Communication was first class and always respectful. Delivery was a month earlier than predicted and the handover was made to be a memorable event.I cannot recommend Richardson?s enough, and if you?re in the market for a new Ford make the trip to Bridlington and see Ashley, he and the team will take great care of you.

First class service. Buying a car is never straightforward, but Ashley made everything very easy and what would happen next. No rushing and no pressure to buy. He was excellent and went over and above to get us what we wanted. Have used him before (7 years ago) and is just as brilliant now.

Just got our new car from Ford Bridlington and I've got one happy husband.The service we received from the salesman "Wes" was outstanding, he is the best. Everything was brilliant, his customer service is second to none, his knowledge is amazing and nothing is a problem for him from walking in to walking out the proud owners of a new Mustang Mache E .We had everything explained to us before signing anything and he explained about the " Ford Pass" app which is brilliant!This is the second time we have been sold a car by Wes and I can honestly say that I don't think we would ever go else where now, this guy is a credit to the Ford Bridlington company, can't say anything else but WOW!Thankyou so much for making buying our new car an absolute pleasure.?Would recommend Ford Bridlington to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The team here were all so friendly and helpful when we were in the area and had an issue with the rear part of exhaust. We were given an estimate of the worst case scenario and asked to take the car in 8am following morning, we were quoted about £350 to do the repair, but they couldn't do it in the next 2 days, as we were such a long way from home I asked if they could patch us up, and they said if we left Ken (our car) with them for the day they would get some welding done to prevent it dropping, early that afternoon job was completed for just £60 leaving us free to sort the main job once home. Take note we were quoted £648 when we went to the scruffy National/Halfords garage next door where a repair rather than replacement was impossible. Dealerships are clearly not always the expensive option, I wish Richardson Ford were our local garage, thanks to all of you

Wouldn't use againHad a service and got home and oil was low so ended up going out to buy more then checking windscreen fluid that hadnt been filled. I do wonder if they had actually done anything i paid for. Went to get other work done at other garage following week to be told gear box fluid low. So will not be returning here for a service.If ordering any spare parts be sure not to go between 12 &1pm as parts department are out for lunch and it is too much effort for any of the other staff to get the part. Useless will travel elsewhere in future.
