We called into this shop to see offers on the latest phones .We were greeted by a man and asked what we were looking for .when I told him his reply was .Oh we only do offers to existing customers ! Oh well sunshine you?ve just lost custom to 3 potential sales .My wife?s contract is up .we wanted a new phone for our daughter and mine is up in December .Bad attitude,Bad manners ,arrogant and rude the young lady in the 3 shop was much more helpful with this attitude I?m surprised you have any customers .?

Excellent staff in-store. Very professional, super helpful and friendly. Empathetic with a difficult situation, such a shame they are not supported by call centre staff - BUT store easily 5??.

I would just like to say
I am a full time carer
For my mum 93 and my wife
That has be diagnosed with Parkinson?s
I was on a rest bite break in Bridlington
When my phone crashed
Rushing in to your EE store
I was met with a fantastic young lady called Bess
I explained I was a carer
And needed to be able to talk to my mum
She sat me down
And said not to panic
I can put your mind to rest
And will sort it out
And she did

The staff in this store were extremely helpful and friendly. I dealt with 2 young men..the first of which I cannot remember his name. RYAN took over later and spent ages sorting my phone out. What a very pleasant...helpful...friendly...polite young man!
