My late step Dad bought a mobility scooter ? paid £7000 for it ! hardly used it ? when he passed l phoned to see if they would buy it back ? No asked if they would try and sell it ? No ? asked about a faulty mirror to be replaced ? told we are busy dealing with people who are still alive and we will sort it when we have time ? when l priced the scooter up on line ? I could have bought it for £5000 ? total rip off merchants ?
