Picked up some speakers, was helped by a friendly and polite member of staff. Their system was not playing ball but dealt with really well and the same staff member helped get the heavy box to my car which I really appreciated.

They dont have the stock to supply. Every big tv i chose they said they had non in stock. Its a nice store but i didnt want to wait 3 or 4 days for a tv when i needed one that day. Had to go to Argos in the end who had the stock.

Short staffed

Did cluck and collect, went to collect from store and waited ages with no acknowledgement, plenty of staff stood around talking, 1 even walked past us to the till then walked away.... husband ended up interrupting the staff talking to ask for our collection to be brought to the front of store.
Warehouse staff were fab and prompt, had we not already paid I would have left!!

Store is good, clean and well stocked, staff are a little pushy but that?s probably not their fault. Bought a freezer, happy with it and the service.

My husband and I had to purchase several items from this store for our new home.
We were treated so well by the staff here. They are all so happy friendly and really care about their customers. We cannot praise them enough for all they did for us both. A special mention to Ashley and Elliott who went above and beyond the call of duty to advice and help us choose the best products for our needs.
Keep up the good work guys, we will not be shopping anywhere but here for anything electrical from now on.

Spacious showroom with almost every home domestic electrical product on show at affordable prices. Helpful and product knowledgeable staff in smart, easy to identify uniforms. Well done, Currys, and Thank-you for years of a great shopping experience.

Went to look at mobile phones. Non in stock of the model we wanted. No advice when..went ordered from amazon. Delivered next day and cheaper.
