I am so sorry to hear that your costa coffee in bridlington is closing down this weekend coming
It's very sad that other areas are losing more costa coffees
I think staff that work there have worked so hard all over the years to make sure all their customers have the best experience possible
I understand it hard it can be when you have close down your coffee shop
I wish you the best of luck
I sure it's hard for the staff as well
I know exactly what other costa coffee have gone through

Found out it had closed today... Shame but this was the worst managed Costa I've ever been in so not a surprise. I had hoped things had turned around after meeting a new manager who gave exceptional customer service. Mostly it was being run by young staff with poor customer service skills and often didn't have food items, or the upstairs was closed, mobile phones were often out near the food, sometimes it didn't open on time or at all... With the right management it could be a great business Bridlington needs it so here's hoping someone takes it on.

Since this place has had a new manager it's been awesome. The service is amazing now. Can't fault it. It always seems clean now. The manager is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If there is anything wrong with your order then just tell him and he'll sort it.

The man with glasses was staring at his much younger co workers whilst they were bending down to get things out of the fridge, really creepy! Absolutely shocking service the man with glasses was so arrogant and didn?t seem to know what he was doing. 3 people stood behind the bar whilst pots are stacked up and the tables are filthy! This place needs clothing down it is absolutely disgusting! Will not be visiting again.

Young girls are rude. Stood behind counter chatting. Pulling up the leggings. No smile whilst serving. Tables nasty toilets disgusting. Cutlery filthy. Nasty horrible place. Shut it down.

Everything was grimy and disgusting, Coffee machine looked like it had bot been cleaned for a year! Milk jugs dried milk all down them, The toilets, WOW! absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, tables and windows. Place needs closing down. Scarborough and Eastfield Costa's far more superior and the staff are nicer!

If I could not give it a star I would , we walked in with my furbaby which the staff saw we sat down I went to order
nothing said , the girl brought my order to the table and asked if my dog was a guild dog I said really with my reply was no ,she said well you can't be in here I asked for my money back which a girl said she would have to ring the manager I said thats fine I still want my money which I did , horrible and dirty place wouldn't go again also staff not friendly we won't be going again

Two young girls serving when they weren't talking. 7 people walked out as the wait was so long. I had to interrupt them talking to get served. They even left the counter empty to go outside to vape. They need supervision as they are losing customers big time. Tables were cluttered when they went out and one couple said they had never waited so long for a coffee toilet was a disgrace. Do something about this please

Just walked in Costas at Bridlington and came straight out, dirty shop, the jugs they use for frothing milk need seriously looking at, dryed milk down sides of all milk jugs absolutely disgusting Costas, needs looking into ,
