“This is our local supermarket and we have increasingly loved using it. On Sunday 17th December we happened to visit for some essentials and were served by a young man called Ryan. He was cheerie, and welcoming as well as very efficient. He clearly enjoyed his job and was a credit to the store....well done to him!. The staff generally we have found to be really helpful and the store layout has really benefitted from its recent makeover.Well done to this store all round and my wife and I hope you all have a well deserved break over the Christmas season. Happy Christmas and New year from us. ??”

“I am bi polar and can find visiting shops very demanding, Aldi Tesco and Morrison's refused me entry because I forget to take a mask, they wouldn't even let me in to buy one. West hill stopped me entering. When I said I forget it they gave me one. I can't even remember to drink or eat. Without west hill I would have gone without food.”

“It looks like some people have had bad experiences of staff here however all the reviews that are negative appear to be a year or more in age the staff that are there now always have a smile on their faces if they don't there is usually a very good reason for it, excellent shop with friendly approachable staff. Having looked at one of the other people who have left a review it appears that all of their reviews are negative does this maybe suggest something?”

“After lockdown was introduced my family decided it would be safer to shop smaller and a little more often, closer to home. We have come to realise this shop has pleasant, helpful staff. They have a surprisingly wide range of stock at generally reasonable prices, considering the store size. Pre-Covod we shopped there occasionally but now find we are calling in on much more regular basis. A great pity several other shops around town fall below this standard. Keep up the good work all of you and you will retain my custom.”
