Great store with Friendly Helpful staff. Entered off Chapel Street and then returned after they had checked my item for a trade in from King Street. Trouble free transaction Quick and Easy to find? super happy with my purchase. App is good too

A friend asked whether he could look and hold a handheld device as he was interested in buying it. The lady said it was ok, but then asked the manager and he said no, he could not hold it to feel the weight of it ? Lost a sale that day and manager just seemed to be awkward. He is a well known customer for selling to this store and has been going into this store since the store first opened in Bridlington. Wont be selling here again due to this, as it made no sense to not allow a customer to hold the handheld. There would have been no harm in doing so, and the lady had to describe the weight to him instead. Ridiculous, he will now buy it brand new from the manufacture instead. All he wanted to do was hold his hand over the counter and see how comfy and how heavy it felt before buying. Never known anything so ridiculous.

Been in quite abit exchanging Xbox games. Staff always polite, guy with beard think he?s manager, always very polite and helpful too when he?s serving Cheers too all

Always a good experience at CEX. Always great to support physical media and CEX is great to find a bargain. Good staff at the Bridlington branch also!

Most of the time I get a disk from here I have to go back. Like if you just look at the back of the disks you can always find several scratch marks and the games won?t even download.
