I couldn't rate Bridlington Home Rentals highly enough. I have used them as my agent for the last 4 years and have found them to be incredibly efficient and helpful. When I came to them I was in the process of buying a second property and had caught the 'property owner' bug. After talking through my plans with the office staff we worked together to decide which would be the best type of property for me to buy in order to be in demand for the renting population of Bridlington. I now have 5 rental properties that are all managed by them and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

This is the most disgusting rental agency that has no values or morals for what they are supposed to be doing or what the landlord is paying them to do. As a land lord I have had tenants move out with no exit inspection done the place has been left unfit for new tenants to move in, belongings still there after they had vacated, internal doors removed and left outside after I have specifically asked for them to be rehung and handed in the keys, rent is still owed. I am not living in the UK now and rely upon property managers. I have just received some photos from my new property management company and I feel sick to the stomach by the way Brid Home rentals have let my property get. I am not one of those landlords that do care, this is a business and investment and I look after and reinvest within it and within my tenants. I asked for work to be done in January and as of todayâ??s date I am still waiting for it to be done!!
Unsure of what work has been carried out as landlord statements are hardly issued only when nagged for. Emails apparently not received so hardly ever replied too. So I have differing payments going into my bank with no idea what I am paying for.
Ongoing inspections well donâ??t think they are done as another property of mine had no doors!!!!!!!! How can anyone think that that is normal and again never picked up on.
Maintenance issues reported by tenants to Bridlington Home rentals and some things never got actioned (I would have thought a leaking roof was urgent)
I am utterly appalled and disgusted by the way that this company operates and with the way that I have been treated and left to foot the bill. I have no option now but to report them to the National Landlords Association and the Association of Residential Letting Agents to try to prevent this catastrophe happening to someone else.
Oh and take no notice of what it says on their website because they donâ??t do any of that:

â??Guarantee rentâ?, now I am crying.
