I was shopping in Boyes in Bridlington earlier this month. I suffer from IBS and needed to go the loo suddenly so, seeing that there were customer toilets, I went up to them only to find them locked and for cafe customers only. However, I asked the staff in the cafe, would it be possible to unlock them as I really needed to go. A supervisor was summoned and I was told emphatically 'no', they were locked and that was it. I was shocked how rude they were and how lacking in any basic humanity and decency they seemed to be. Needless to say I left all my shopping without purchasing it and I will not be shopping in Boyes ever again. A really bad experience.
