Had the most wonderful experience whilst shopping for items I needed for some DIY work I am currently completing. Tracy N could not have been more attentive, friendly and helpful, walking around the store with me so I could find everything I needed easily. They have just taken 5 payments of £70? and pissed around to sort it out so much so we have missed the delivery slot. What a joke of a company. Don't use these shambles if you rely on getting the job done.
To top this incident off. The wife bought 2 tins of paint from the store. She put them on the car floor and whilst still in the car park the tin tipped over and the lid popped off with paint all over. We are starting legal proceedings because the company haven't even got the decency to reply to emails. We did swap are suppliers previously due to another massive mess up previously.

I had Nicholas come out to measure up! Although he's a lovely guy, he spent 1.5 hrs talking about his career and 15 mins measuring up. But we gave him the benefit of the doubt. We then sent an email to ask when we could come in for the design appointment.We had no reply. So had to make a few phone calls to get an appointment. 3 weeks later we got an appointment. We met with Nicholas lovely again, but never really listened to what we had asked for, so we made a few alterations to the design he proposed. After a very slow 2 hours he said he would send over the finished design and give us a price later that day. Although we thought that would of been that day! A week of a few phone calls and still can't get hold of him and still no design.All we get us we will stick a note on his computer! So for this I would rate 1 star! Obvousily they don't need my custom and have decided to go elsewhere!
