The store workers lied to my dad. He was promised and assured that after he got the phone I could exchange the colour. After being in a vodaphone store in london with the phone a receipt I was informed I can?t exchange. They lied. They misled. I will NEVER shop with them again. Do not trust them.

Superb service from James. Went over and above to resolve an issue with the app. Left the store feeling that there are young people out there who provide excellent customer service by resolving issues that are not particularly easy. Highly recommend James as the most helpful Vodafone member of staff.

Been on Vodafone the past 20+ Years Best Service all over Europe and the Beverley Shop Service is Second to None. Friendly, knowledgeable and service with a smile, especially from Angela. 10/10

Incredible customer service, special mention for staff member Angela
Had a very troubling mobile phone issue very early in the morning, even though I am not a Vodafone customer I still went in to get some assistance and they did not turn me away. Staff member Angela was so lovely and extremely helpful, a real credit to the team. She was able to fix my phone issue efficiently and quickly, and was very kind and caring. My previous experiences with the Beverley Vodafone have been excellent also, the whole team are fantastic with customer service.

Currys in Bridlington let me down at the last minute when I wanted a new Iphone for my daughter this Christmas. So rushed to the Beverley Vodafone store to see if they could help. Within a short space of time they provided me with a better phone and a cheaper plan than Currys, set up the insurance, did the data transfer all whilst patiently answering my questions. Excellent customer service. Thank you - especially to Elliot.

I called I to the Beverley Store today unannounced to ask if my Contract included roaming to a mainland European country. As always the 2 staff in the store provided a perfect customer driven response in checking my mobile device and confirming such a facility within my Vodafone agreement. One further example why I prefer and continue to use this Beverley Vodafone store. Thank you.

We had been into the Bridlington store and received awful service. So yesterday went to the Beverley Store and received brilliant service from Angela. Such a pleasant and helpful young lady. We shall definitely go to Beverley again.
