The store workers lied to my dad. He was promised and assured that after he got the phone I could exchange the colour. After being in a vodaphone store in london with the phone a receipt I was informed I can’t exchange. They lied. They misled. I will NEVER shop with them again. Do not trust them.

Superb service from James. Went over and above to resolve an issue with the app. Left the store feeling that there are young people out there who provide excellent customer service by resolving issues that are not particularly easy. Highly recommend James as the most helpful Vodafone member of staff.
