Arrived with a last minute appointment as having trouble with my contract lenses. Had a thorough examination on my eyes, polite staff and discussions on other options. Awaiting follow up with a trail on new lenses as now wishing to change daily?s from fortnightly.

Not a good experience. Despite having an eyecare plan, I was charged for a sight test. Computers were not working and a member of staff didn?t give me the freedom to view glasses. As a result I didn?t make a purchase. Have since been refunded for the sight test, which I shouldn?t have been charged for.

Having been referred to Spa Medica by branch having operation, drop for swelling and lazer to try and sort out it was explained that I only reciominim standard len on NHS. So I would have to put up with having to ware glasses all the time which I quote will give me perfect sight. I asked the optician the lens don?t appear to be in focus at any point not near far or mid range at what point are they in focus, on reflection can I formally ask that question because have read the information available on internet etc and they should have been. Before the operation I had cataract and which was making sight bit foggy I have needed glasses for reading for years and long sight was faiding a bit. Playing now all I can see is a little grey smudge if I?m lovely.
So no I think you should be pressing Spa Medica to have another go, I?ve if I have to pay someone for better lens!
