I?ve had to give it 1 star or I couldn?t leave a review, it?s really a -10 . Absolutely disgusting kitchen , must be rat infested & the food is aweful . STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS , HOW TRADING STANDARDS OR HYGIENE HAS NOT SHUT THIS DOWN IS BEYOND ME . I hope my comments help somebody in the future from food poisoning or worse .

By far the worst takeaway for miles around. Over an hour for delivery dry stale tasting pizza and a chicken kebab which made not only me but also my dog sick.

DO NOT order from here. Their attitude is absolutely disgusting. First time ordering on Uber eats delivery from here. The whole experience was atrocious. The delivery was an hour and 20 minutes late. I phoned to ask where it was and got an aggressive response and when I phoned again when it was finally delivered by their own delivery driver who also had attitude. I rang back again to complain about the late delivery and the delivery driver and got a whole lot more abuse. We?ve never ever had such appalling service or such rude treatment from any delivery takeaway service ever. The person from Uppercrust just shouted at me down the phone, no attempt at an apology or anything resembling one! Unbelievable. Just to top it all the food was cold and tasteless and looked unappealing. There are far and away better takeaways in Beverley with nice , polite service. On time deliveries and great food. NOT HERE THOUGH.

Food arrived 30 minutes after the time it said it was supposed to be here. Was missing an item- called to complain said they?d be here with the missing item in ?5 to 10 minutes. Again 30 minutes go by and the item didn?t come. Avoid this awful establishment.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE** if I could score lower I would. Not only was the food very late, it was cold. Also ordered a Nutella calzone from here and we got hard, cold dough with a little bit of Nutella stuffed in the top and spread about. They didn?t even bother to evenly spread it. Picked it up and it was like a frisbee what a joke. Save your money and avoid it at all costs.

Having not been in for a while after I witnessed the staff ignoring two lgbt customers (I asked them outside and it was the second time itd happened) I've just been in and been charged £21 for a pizza and fries that is listed as £18.30 from them online. Maybe they are using dynamic pricing now. Won't be going again.

Waited an hour in the cold. Was given no updates until I asked for them. Then poor responses such as heavy traffic. It's Beverley, not Los Angeles.
Then the food was awful. Seems to be pretty consistently bad reviews, also only a 3* on Just Eat. I thought I'd take them at face value though, but turns out it's all correct. Horrendous.

Over 2 hours late and a 1/2 pound cheeseburger turned up with no cheese and only one burger also food was cold,
Also a whole pizza missing and the driver says they was held up in heavy traffic.

The worst fast food restaurant. We went in after an evening out. We were both waiting over an hour for food. It turns out they lost one of our orders. When we complained we were met with hostility which was quite upsetting. We will never be going here again

How you can say this is fresh is beyond me Orded for here like we do most nights at work food come was stone cold rang then to get told we are lying when and that our food it hot when the food was all stuck together and unedable and the soures look like the are off it was all dry and crusty we alway order from where we work nights after this time will never be using them again

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
Accept order and take payment but you will never see it, chased them up and it's another 30 minutes. All of a sudden there's no answer on there phones! Take away never turned up

We ordered and two hours later it came. Cold and lacking in taste. My son rang to complain and his number was blocked so they must have known what was coming. Not good and won?t be using again.

Ali is a legend, wanted extra chip spice and he sorted me out,the other guy that was there as well,ali's uncle maybe???was absolutely lovely
