The person on the phone was rude and ignorant and got my order and address wrong he was new I get that but who knew something so little could get so hard bless the delivery driver had to take around four trips to and from the house due to the order being wrong due to the person on the phone the food is good though so I recommend going into the shop

According to Companies House records Upper Crust (Beverley) Ltd (Company Registered No 08837640) was dissolved in February 2020. A company called Bijan Ltd is now registered with Companies House as trading at this address. The registered company number is 12322510. We had a takeaway from here tonight. Terrible experience. Arrived very late. Was luke warm and needed reheating. Food tasted poor. We'll give this one a miss in future. We ordered through Just Eat, so we won't be using them again.

rang to ask if Christmas dinner was been served, they could not answer the question? so we went online and yes, christmas dinner menu available 12 til 3 pm, we arrived at 2 pm, they said food had finished, and they had no Turkey, we said well Chicken will do? no she said looking down at her feet, we only have trianee staff in the kitchen so would not be able to do it?, we traveled 45 miles to have this dinner, or not have this dinner, they looked to have cleared up as no other food was in the dispaly friges or anywere else for that matter, poor show, will not be bothering them again

Ordered a takeaway. Delivered 2 hours later! Called them twice and all I was told was it was on its way! Ordered a calzone and chips. No chips came with the order. Calzone was also freezing cold. Definately would never go back here again!

Ordered a margarita pizza box. It was stone cold, chips like they jad been warmed up and about 4 slices of donner meat. They also forgot the extra drink I ordered which caused arguments with my kids. Instead of a stress free night I've had to make them something else as they've refused to eat it!

My go to delivery for a pizza, overall the price, taste, quality and speed of the service is very good, and every time I order the food is always very consistent. I recommend this takeaway!!

This is one of if not the worst takeaway I've ever had in my life.Kebab meat n chips had about 4 strands of meat and tasted worse than microwave stuff you get from freezer shop. The pizzas was tasteless and dripping in grease.Must of been cooked in chip pan. This was the first and definitely the last time. Absolutely disgusting

We were walking home from a wedding last night around 10pm and popped into this place to grab a kebab and chips. Ordered 1 mixed kebab, 1 medium chips and a Pepsi (£16.30). Walked away, food fine. Chicken was nice but donner hard. About 5 mins walking down the street towards our air bnb we realised they?d not given us the Pepsi and there was no pitta or naan on the kebab: it was just a tray of donner meat, 3 pieces of chicken and chips!! For £10.50! Absolutely disgusting to be ripped off like that. Can?t stand untrustworthy business and people who think they can take advantage.

I can?t lie, I was a bit apprehensive before trying this place, but I think it just shows that you shouldn?t immediately accept reviews as gospel. The pizza dough was one of the best takeaway doughs I?ve ever had, the topping (garlic and cheese) was plentiful and tasted great as well, and the price was very good considering the quality.

Very poor food. 4 tiny pieces of chicken in a large kebab. They know you'll be long gone before you realise they've ripped you off.

Absolute rubbish food ! The worst takeaway food I have ever ordered : Don?t wast your money !!! Food delivered without any sauces so dry as a bone ! and what salad we did get was minimal and disgusting : I am sure the drunks they are used to dealing with find the food great ! ????
