Excellent service from the lady who even though she said it wasn't her usual store (normally At Stephen's) she still helped my Mam find the crossword books.
The shop is narrow but long, tidy and as always great. I love finding random things in The Works

Bought pallete knives, broken after first use, tried to get refund or replacement. Staff refused, still on site.Will not be using them again, appalling service..

Being rude at the till whilst being served causing me to forget my pin number multiple times, causing it to block. The Scottish woman behind the counter saying loudly "There's a problem with the card machine and for once it's not our fault" to another staff member didn't help either. A rare day off ending at the bank to sort out my card- thanks for that, something I really didn't need. Won't be visiting again.
