Lovely place, very busy food was good staff started off attentive but soon dwindled had to ask for the bill 3 times.
Had some plastic in dessert too which was off putting.

Service was so unexpectedly brilliant!! Every member of staff we interacted with was super friendly. Food was tasty and came quickly. The pub is obviously very popular with locals, which is a great sign. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.
All in all, a really enjoyable visit, we will be back.

Just spent a lot of money on a mid day meal ,quite a long wait, one meal out of 3 was sent back, one kebab had very little meat on it, chip portion for the money was very poor, the kebab meat tasted burnt and some of the lettuce was brown in colour, overall not a very good experience

Great pub, good atmosphere, the night we called in for a drink it was quiz night, it had already started but we enjoyed playing along with the rest, we took advantage of 2 for 1 on burgers and a drink the next night (Tuesday) think Mondays was Pizza deal and Wednesday was Kebab deal. Staff were very friendly. Very nice would recommend.

We hired out upstairs for our wedding reception, Lily assisted us with the arrangements, planning, food and so forth. She was incredibly approachable and helpful and even went out of her way to source Asti for our toast which was greatly appreciated. The staff on the evening were brilliant. We felt very accommodated, the food was delicious; we had both pizzas for a sit down meal and an evening buffet. Both lovely. We were able to decorate and pick up our decorations the following morning which were all boxed up for us. We had full access to the terrace which was a pleasant space. Would definitely recommend for parties and other events.

We recently held an event at the Potting Shed and honestly, it was absolutely amazing. From the price to the food to the service, everything exceeded our expectations. We booked the room upstairs with the balcony, and it couldn?t have been more perfect ? a beautiful space with just the right atmosphere for our celebration.
A special shoutout to Alice, our server for the night. She truly went above and beyond ? so attentive, warm, and professional. She made sure every single guest was looked after and never stopped smiling. Her incredible service genuinely made the night unforgettable.
The team at the Potting Shed helped create a night we?ll always remember. We genuinely believe that if it weren?t for them, the night wouldn?t have been half as special. Thank you so much ? we can?t wait to come back!

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Food and service were great. Really friendly girl working (brown hair and glasses) who provided brilliant service, and the food has always been good quality - if not a bit expensive.
Dropped a few stars simply for the place itself. I can?t put my finger on it, but it just needs a good scrub and deep clean. The owners need to invest in replacing broken things - especially in toilets and outside areas. Just felt a little dirty.
We will be back though.

Absolutely hands down my favourite pub in Riga. It's a combination of a wine cellar, pagan vibes and live music.
Only place so far I have found have some sour beers and different flavour beers. Plenty of seats! Wonderful vibe and nice staff. Been here every time I have come to Latvia and does not disappoint.
