Decided to stop for lunch at the Beverley Tesco, however was kind of disappointed to learn that you can't swap items even if you inform the server that you have an allergy to certain items such as eggs. Would have given fewer stars however the person that served me was very apologetic. The food policy particularly the policy of being able to swap out items due to either preference or dietary needs, needs to be changed because it's not inclusive for the needs of all customers.

Service was good,quality of breakfast was good,but the only hot thing was the fried egg.
The bacon was absolutely cold,beens and hash browns warmish, toast was colder than the butter.Coffee was very good but went cold quickly in the semi /arctic air conditioning.
Requested that the air con was adjusted but staff said they could do nothing about it.
Food hygiene standards stat that hot food should be served at a certain temperature which yours didn't reachand was made worse by the semi arctic air conditioning.
It's a pity that good service and good food should be marred by temperature.

This Tesco has a good range of food and cleaning products together with a limited range of household items for the bathroom and kitchen such as pans, towels, electrical goods etc
There is a small but well stocked clothing area for men, women and children so handy for school uniform etc
Like many Tesco stores the wet fish counter and deli counters were replaced by prepacked deli items and a sushi bar.
There are some bargains to be had, but generally only if you have a Tesco Cubcard-it?s easy to be caught out by the dual pricing if you are not a regular Tesco customer.?

No doubt management think it?s clever to only have a few tills open so people will use automated service but all these delays mean is it drives more customers to use Aldi who if there?s more than two waiting they open another till

I went to the store for my usual weekly shop and i was served by Janet at the checkout she was extremely rude and condescending towards me. There was absolutely no reason for her attitude towards me. I didn't give her any reason for her to be nasty to me. I am very disappointed to see that type of person working in a customer service job and I am shocked. I will no longer be shopping at this tesco as it has made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Good selection at the YO! Sushi kiosk. Good size store with helpful staff.
Only downside was a number of the self checkouts being closed even when the place was still a bit busy.

Don't bother going in before 8 am on a saturday if you have a trolly full. There are no tills open till then , and you have to use self scan.Not enough room to put bags , goods fall out and it comes up wait for assistance.the lady came to help us, the self scans are ok but when you have a trolley full it is a nightmare. I heard other people complaining as well. Surely they can put one till on for people with a big shop ,other supermarkets do

I had a problem with my mobile phone, went to Beverley Tesco Mobile phone department and was looked after by Mary, who was fantastic. She was so helpful and didn't give up until she had solved the problem. Please let her know we really appreciated her help

To the awesome staff that spotted I was not doing well, asked me if I am doing all right, and then helped pack my bag just 1 h before I was rushed away to the A&E
