A Superdrug employee went out her way to recognise that my carrier from Tesco beeped at the Superdrug entrance and offered to take off security tag that Tesco Beverley failed to pick up when I bought a jumper from there.This was excellent customer service from Superdrug and saved me much frustration had I got all the way home with a security tag still on the jumper.

The pharmacy staff are not the best. My average wait to be served is 5 to 10 minutes. No "we'll be with you shortly" or "sorry for the wait" even when there is four people waiting. Which condidering we're supposed to be 2m apart blocks the shop. Seriously considering a change in my nominated pharmacy.

Went today for a flu jab. I was shown into a small room in the shop and was quiet shocked at the state of the floor. There was fluff, hair and dirt on the floor it obviously had not had a clean recently. Bit disappointed with the current situation.

Went in to buy a few bits I waited in a horrendously long queue with only one woman serving. After a while a second woman came and once I got to the front I went to a blond lady who abruptly said 'why don't you keep moving down! And shooed me onto the lady next to her. There was no reason this lady couldn't serve me and she would horrendously rude! I work in retail and think she was disgusting she then continued to talk about me to her coworker whilst I was there. I put my money back in my purse and the woman clearly was looking at me like she wantd me to move. I left and through the window they were looking and talking about me again. . I will not be returning to this store and I think they need retraining on customer service skills isra I think and the other was blond and old.
