Very disappointed with the service from the staff. I was sold to their idea of ordering a moisturiser cream online /staff did it on my behalf at the shop because, they run out of stock. Paid and everything. The product did not arrive as promised. I rang and was told to wait for another day and not very helpful at all!

Excellent! A fantastic range of products. You always leave feeling youv'e bought something special, and bcause the staff are so knowlegeable and friendly you're always confident it's going to be right. Very friendly and professional service.

My daughter who is 15 and daughter in law 24, visited your beverley store today. They were treated disgustingly, they were followed closely and made to feel like they were untrustworthy. Another customer who came into the store and made a purchase was treated totally different and with respect. It is wrong to make assumptions that all youngsters cannot be trusted. My daughter was trying to work out what product she needed to buy for her skin. We will not visit this store again, you made them feel very unwelcome and discriminated against. This is totally unacceptable.
