Room far to hot , no windows to open , no air con ( why would you not have windows that open at least if no air con!, also if there was a fire and corridor was blocked there is no way out) this was the start of February and still hot in the room. Stale air in room , had awful sleep :(Free wifi doesnt work , signal blocked from your own internet provider so forced to pay for internet .Would not stay again

This lovely Premier Inn is centrally situated in the market town of Beverley, Yorkshire. During our two night stay stay we found the staff delightful and welcoming, the hotel was exceptionally clean, our room was warm and comfortable, our bed was super to sleep in (just like the adverts!) and breakfast was delicious. What's not to love? Excellent stay.

Rooms are alright although you can't open the window to let fresh air in.Breakfast was good with good service and the ladies down there are very pleasant and welcoming.Reception is pretty much non existent. You have to use a self service machine when you arrive, entering a reference code from an email. This is where you get booked in and get a room key.Don't bother ringing down to Reception because you'll more than likely not get an answer.If you want your room cleaned you have to let them know before hand.All in all its not bad but I'll think twice before staying here again.

If like me you need reasonably fresh air to sleep, do not think of visiting this place, you'll regret it!Had the most awful 2 nights sleep here, because there's no air in the rooms. The windows are thick and fixed in place, so do not have any opening mechanism (not even 1cm - you are sealed in). Use the Aircon panel they say - which is great, as it allows you to select 19c to 23c, and an option to control the speed (its very limited, but at least it works). But they switch it off at night!So we're stuck in an air tight room with no ventilation. We stripped the bed, but it was no use. At 4am my partner went down to ask them to turn the ventilation back on for our room, but they said they couldn't change it, as it was in a central timer, but would find us a fan. Ten minutes later we have a desk fan setup on a chair, positioned so it would be recirculating the hot stale air across the bed and around the room.Without knowing the exact time, around 7am - they switch the room ventilation system back on, and suddenly we could breathe again, and I had the best couple hours sleep from that point, until around 9.The exact same problem on the second night - still awake as dawn broke (and this is in January). I was thoroughly exhausted and frustrated. As soon as they turned the vents on, I was out like a light, sleeping a good 3 hours until my partner woke me - it was time to get up and check out.There should be a law preventing a hotel from shutting off your air supply, if they do not have windows you can open. Absolutely disgusting.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The very convenient location made it easy to explore the area, and the reasonable pricing added great value to my stay. I highly recommend Premier Inn for a positive and enjoyable accommodation experience.

For a hotel not to have its own car park in 2023 is crazy.. You have to pay 10 quid a day and they don't even offer a discount so add that to the room price. The internet is terrible.. I will not be staying again.
