Just been into post office at Beverley WH Smith’s to pay in some cash which had been donated to our recently deceased son’s fundraiser for his children, I explained that I was hoping to use Nat West but it had closed and that I was sorry it was a lot of coins and cash, the two staff who dealt with me were utterly appalling.... read full comment

Fantastic staff that are efficient and friendly whilst dealing with the high volume of customers. It can get very busy at certain times but is to expected with such a small space available to operate in.
