My appointment was cancelled by the surgery the day before it was due then a reminder to attend the appointment was sent a few hours later, confusing or what?I rang to rearrange the appointment but was number seven in the queue for what seemed like an age so had to hang up as I was due back to work. I called into the surgery on my way home from work to make a new appointment and the earliest available appointment, apparently, was three weeks and a day later!! I had already been waiting for two weeks for the first appointment! Feeling disappointedI must add that once you finally get an appointment, the service you receive is excellent.
