Made to feel incredibly uncomfortable in my branch of over 20 years. Granted I was trying to withdraw money without my card and my Passport expired 2 weeks ago. I understand there are protocols to protect our money but I was made to feel like I was robbing the bank, one staff member in particular was incredible rude to me during a time of desperation. Extremely disappointed that there is not a procedure in place to access your money when loosing your wallet. I am regularly in the branch and the staff know my face. I had the app, I had the card on my Apple pay and I had Photo ID.

Had to wait 35 minutes, to give my personal details, for getting £86.00, of my deceased ex partners estate. You and your solicitor, can't do this online.

I went into branch in December to close an account. I was told in branch they couldn't do it there and had to complete the firm sent in the post. I completed it while there and handed it to the cashier. A month later the account has still not closed, I gave no idea where the form went and I am struggling to close the account over the phone. I am u able to get to branch to discuss due to limited opening hours and my full time work commitments. A very poor service all round.

Staff were not equipped or allowed to make the decisions I needed, wasted three hours, tried again today, nobody answering the phone. Not good Nat West. Not good at all. 7 weeks and I go to the Ombudsman.

Bad staff this morning. I was the first one and I was waiting opposite of the door and the staff came out and she told me to go in the queue after seven others, I felt frustrated and I left without put the money on my bank account.

9 minute wait whilst one teller served one other customer. no attempt made to get another teller out and deal with the queue. appalling lack of service (and not for the first time). they come fawning all over you when they've got extra people but generally it's wait wait wait.
