I visited the M&S Beverley food hall this morning at 9.30am as usual, I shop here every week for my treats.
When I went through the self service checkout, I couldn't scan my gift card and the lady who was serving on the self service check out got really annoyed with me and said very rudely, you have gone too far, you need to go back on the screen, I apologised and she rudely ignored me. I felt like a child being told off at school. Embarrassing to say the least.

Had a jacket potato with cheese.it came with a very nice salad..the potato was luke warm the butter would not melt. There was very little potato to eat with the salad as the skin was rock hard and not edible...very disappointed...so dry cheese salad basically...yet my grandson had bacon ciabatta which was streaky bacon and a milkshake he enjoyed his.

Good variety of groceries, but it has still not gone back to pre hacking levels. Weeks later, still no extra strong tea bags. There is no excuse with computer ordering systems.
