The manager in lucia Wine Bar was very attentive and very professional. Food was very delicious and presentation was extremely good..if you want to dine with your family Lucia is the best restaurant to go.. highly recommended

I want to thank Grace and the rest of the Lucia Beverley team for the fantastic service and the help at the end to finalise the bill as we were a large party. We experienced great customer service through out, from the warm welcome to to the food service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely come back. Thank you all again

We went for a bottomless brunch for a friend's birthday. It was absolutely lovely. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff were extremely attentive throughout. Our glasses were topped up regularly and the food was excellent. Really good value, and a very enjoyable afternoon all round. We will look forward to going again for a regular meal.

Met a friend for lunch and catch up and struggled a bit to hear each other when a family table was set out along side of us but we managed.

Had a fantastic experience at Lucia?s in Beverley! It?s a great spot for gluten-free options, and the food was delicious. We sat outside, but the area was well-covered with heaters on and blankets available if needed?though it was warm and comfortable.
The atmosphere was lovely, and the service was quick and efficient. The only small thing to note is that I had to enter my card details when booking, even though it was just 12 hours in advance, in case of cancellation within 24 hours. That said, it didn?t affect our experience, and everything else was excellent.
Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again!

Arrived as a party of 4 on a Saturday afternoon, got to the table quite fast and ordered drinks straight away, it took a while to arrive and one of the drinks was forgotten about. It was clear the priority was the bottomless brunch bookings as there was very few staff available to chase.
The food took an unreasonable amount of time to arrive and two of the dishes weren?t great quality. The braised beef and vegan margarita pizza was delicious, however the lasagne needed some garnish and garlic bread/side salad and the seafood linguini was in a very watery unseasoned sauce neither of which justified the price. Left feeling hungry. Despite the atmosphere being enjoyable and servers being very friendly, our experience was disappointing. Would not rush back.

The service was awful in the whole time the 6 of was in the restaurant we only managed to have 2 drinks and one of the times we had to go and find the waiting staff. Even paying the bill was a chore as I had to go downstairs and find someone to pay, hence why I took off the service charge, it?s a shame really as we were really looking forward to the evening. I personally will not be returning.

Having visited a couple of times, we liked the restaurant tonight. However, the food tastles my wife's linguine, and my risotto seemed to have no seasoning at all! but for the staff to show no interst at all was the icing on the cake!

One of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to, very inviting and super relaxing. The service was quick, helpful and very efficient indeed. The food was beautiful and I can honestly say was one of the nicest steaks I've ever had and I've had a lot. Unbelievably good.

Do not go. If I could give no stars I would. Years ago I went and it was very nice. Today I recommended the same place to my wife and her family (without me) she is egyptian and so is her family. They were racially attacked by the supervisor, the food arrived late, the waitresses were nice to other tables and rude and dismissive of them. The food came and was horrible. Over salted and apparently the chicken wings were rotten. The sad thing is, if they were nice for even a second my mother in law would have left a massive tip and would recommended the place to her freinds in the town.
Don't go here, the supervisor and manager clearly just felt they could walk all over them because they are not English. Disgusting
