Usually the food is good here but on the last 2 occasions, it has been extremely poor. The food has been served barely warm and the vegetables almost raw. The waitresses work their socks off so fault lies in the kitchen. So poor, will not be visiting again. Such a shame, you could always rely on this venue.

Service was abysmal, absolutely shocked, didn?t even wait for a reply from the table when asked if the food was ok and it wasn?t. Could do with re-training staff so they?re not visibly yawning, nattering and rolling eyes on shift. Didn?t take our soaking jackets but took others on arrival?? Really disappointed. Won?t be returning.

It is a sweet and beautiful place that makes you feel like you are in Autumn winter around with cherry blossom ?Excellent for having a meal with friends or family. The food was okay and had a reasonable price.

Visited before Christmas with friends and it was super busy so it took a while for food to arrive. The lady serving was so rude to us, it felt like non of the staff wanted us there and were indirectly racist. No one asked to put our coats in the cloak room even though every other table was asked. The waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for things - dont ever want to come back which is a shame because we did like the food. Never felt so horrible in a restaurant.

Best thing about Lucia is that our two dogs are always welcome and treated like superstars! The interior is divine. The food is amazing. And the staff are the best. So friendly and helpful, what a superb team! Being Vegan the menu is fine and the chef has always been accommodating, so any little tweaks or changes to a dish to suit my diet has never been a problem. Highly, emphatically, recommend.
