I went in to the Beverley store today 6 September and was greeted with such a lovely woman very helpful lovely pleasant woman i place my order with her nothing was a problem to her I just wish I now her name she had blonde hair and explained everything about the pan i purchased credit to the woman she is a credit to lakeland xx

Lived in beverley for about 7 years now and only ever bought bits an pieces from here.
On Friday we popped in and after picking up a few bits, got served by a lovely young lady who literally couldn't do enough for us. Won't go into details but she was genuinely lovely. So engaging and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to spend time in the store and we felt so valued as customers.
Probably the best shopping experience we have ever had.

Always a great shop for kitchen lovers. Went here to buy a bunch of storage boxes they had, and was able to keep them behind the counter for a while until I came back to collect them. Best friendly and helpful staff.

Went in looking for an Air Fryer and was greeted by an amazing colleague who talked us through the different options and possibilities with each one. Very lovely and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of products. Thank you Gail for your help!!

Talk about hard sell, we popped In here on a day out to Beverley. We were immediately accosted by a sales assistant wanting to help us when all we wanted was to browse. Five minutes later we had the audacity to peer at something closely and she was on our case and wouldn?t go away despite us telling her we weren?t interested. Go to the Meadowhall Branch if you can, they leave you alone and don?t look at you like dirt when you say you?re not interested.

Ignored by the staff, served the people who approached after me. Took in a faulty appliance but unhelpful as I bought it online. Was told they couldn't replace it in store. Given a phone number and customer services couldn't understand why it wasn't replaced in the shop.
