Used to be a really good car wash/ valeting place & was the only one we would ever use. The last few times I?ve been very disappointed. Visited for a valet around 6 months ago and all the small change was missing from the compartment in my car, due to them being so good previously we overlooked this as a mistake and visited again. Since then we?ve received I can?t be arsed attitude, ?I?m by myself so can?t valet your car? then proceeds to sit and vape.
Final visit was today, looked at me and then went and sat down on his phone. So I went over to be told the same as last time, I said I can come back for the car anytime. ?Miss it will take me a long time, I am by myself? this is completely understandable if they are busy but he had one car in the wash and no other cars in the Que. Went to the other valeting place down the road and the service is brilliant, walked back past IMO twice and both times the worker was sat in the same spot. After being long standing customers, this review has not been left lightly but needed to be done. Would never recommend following the last few visits.

Recently their card machine is constantly broken and they only accept cash payments. Such a shame as I rarely have cash on me so now looking for an alternative car wash

I've just had my car washed and a mini valet at IMO Beverley. What attention to detail. I am thrilled with the look of the car, inside and outside. Just one member of staff was there this morning but he was professional, efficient, thorough and very friendly. My car has not looked so good since it was brand new. I'd strongly recommend this car wash place.

Downgraded from 5* to 1 * as the current manager is arrogant and unhelpful. Wouldn't even take a valid discount pass today and lied saying it wasn't valid until tomorrow. It was 5.30pm when I turned up and he obviously didn't want to do any work between then and close at 6pm. Just went and sat back in his little box. Probably needs to either learn customer service, or better still employ someone who wants to work.

I drive a Taxi nowadays and always keep it clean as possible. If u want a quick wash at a good price in Beverley then this is the one. I cant speak for any of the others but the Lads at Beverley are great people and we now have a great relationship. Treat people how u want to be treated goes a long way in life. I always tip and I always get taken care of. It can get real busy here so become that percentage of folks that get looked after no matter what, and always look after them. As long as the guys their continue and the service stays the same, I will remain

Good overall outside car clean for sure !! BUT PRICES GONE THROUGH ROOF!! used to use every couple months now it will be every 6 months!!

I've been to other IMO car washes and I find the staff at the Beverley branch the most thorough with the pre-wash prep.The car wash itself has been developed well compared to just a few years ago.I'd give five stars but the prices have gone a bit silly.

Disappointed that for £12 is basically was just a drive through wash. No cills cleaned..no inside windows washed.Will carry on using the car wash on Springbank..friendly, chatty and a more thorough wash...for £7!
