Would give no stars if that were possible. Do not book with Hays Beverly, if you have any issues they simply won?t reply. Happy to take your money and nothing past that. Listened to nothing we asked for resulting in a terrible first family holiday.

We have just booked a holiday and cannot thank Ben and Sally enough. After booking we changed our mind about which hotel we wanted to go to and Sally sorted this out for us. We'd previously spent a long time with Ben exploring our options. Nothing was too much trouble for both of them and we are very grateful for the help they gave us. We'd definitely recommend them.

Went in to book a holiday last Saturday, took all my details, then said she needed to ring around for the accommodation we required before sorting flights, I never heard a thing from them. I won't use Hays again. Let me down, I missed cheaper flights whilst waiting for them. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic service offered by Stephanie, who came up with a cruise deal to fit in with our budget for 2023. Will definitely be going back to look for a holiday within budget for 2024.?????

In April we booked a family trip to see the F1 at silverstone next July. The original cost was just over £2600. We have paid just over £1500 so far.Received an email yesterday saying they were putting the cost of the trip up to £3500, an increase of around 30%!As a result we have cancelled the trip. Had to email and then phone the store twice to try and find out what was happening with the £1500 we have paid, as nobody could be bothered to contact us. Got told we will get it back ?in about a fortnight? so I asked for written confirmation that we will be receiving a full refund and was told no. We won?t ever use Hays travel again

I visited the Bureau de Change today to change some Euros back to Sterling. I was very impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the Hays Travel specialists. It is clear they go a little further than most to make a very nice visit experience. Thankyou.
