I went to the Beverley branch to have new plates made up and fitted. The two members of staff struggled to get the rear plate off because of rusted screws. They persevered and eventually all was well and the plates were fitted. Thank you to Jamie and Jade. You are brilliant.

Absolute joke!! Arrived at the agreed time to collect the bike for my son. The guy even knew my name before I told him it. He then informed me I can't take the bike unless I show ID which I didnt have on me. Showed him the text sent by Halfords and the email confirmation of collection day/time/order number/paid stating it doesn't say to bring ID. I have had to now do a another 40 mile round trip due to the misinformation sent in their texts and emails. The most unhelpful person i have ever dealt with!! We wont be going back to Halfords again.

Jade gave detailed advice and support when choosing a roof top box and bars. She allowed me to make the right choice for my use and vehicle and gave excellent and friendly service. Her customer support and interaction is at the highest level and it has been a delight dealing with your store as a consequence.
