“Visited Sewell on the go Holmechurch Lane Beverley thinking l could return a parcel from there.l was informed that Sewell on the go does not return parcels to this specific courier. The young lady who explained this to me( l didn’t get her name) had long dark hair and spoke with a European accent. She was so helpful in explaining to me what l needed to do and where to go to return parcel.She couldn’t have been more helpful. A Real credit to herself and your company. “Till lady was excellent with me this afternoon. I purchased a Latte and genuinely gave her the wrong amount (I was having a bad day - trapped nerve in L5!). She (sorry, could not remember her name - having a bad day) was excellent with me in her manner, professional approach etc etc.”
