Food was very nice, service was shocking. Forgot a pizza and one of the deserts came 15 minutes late. Never came round and asked how the food was or if we wanted any more drinks. Not in a rush to go again.

We went as a large group. They took a little while to take our order, but starters arrived fairly quickly after that. Unfortunately it was then another hour before our mains came out, with no communication to let us know there was a delay etc. Whilst they were perfectly friendly, and the food was fine, I wouldn't go here again.

I've been coming to Figaros for years and was a little upset it had changed ownership and to read the reviews.
Decided to go and make my own mind up.
Just wow
Firstly it looks stunning, love the new layout, we were greeted with a smile, felt really welcomed. The service was excellent and food is just as good if not better. Atmosphere perfect.
Its so good I've booked again.
So pleased I gave it a chance.
Highly recommend ?

Our first visit today will definitely return. Warm welcome, good service deliouse food and very reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: I had the mushroom ravioli which was delicious, the vegaterian choice is quite good
Parking: Adjacent to a car park but quite expensive £4 for 2 hours However there is a car park just across free for 2 hours.

Extremely busy, big queue of people right behind our table- food was flavourless and oily and presented poorly. Service was very good, however disappointing food.

Absolutely appalling, sheer greed made them massively overbook tables for 19:30 on 15th February 2025. Arrived to find a bus queue in front of us, all for 19:30 reservations, handing out glasses of very cheap white wine as an apology
The whole place is an apology
If you want to eat authentic Italian and be treated like a valued customer then cook and stay at home!

Food was amazing, was on a date with my wife. Staff are very friendly ,the Service was excellent also service waiter hade a cute bottom don't tell the wife ?. All in all, will be returning for food and waiter?

Shame figaro's has changed management.
Came here 15/02/25 to find they had double booked loads of tables. Basically came in & had to que for a table. Finally got a table after a 20 minute wait.
Ordered my usual beef stroganoff use to be £16.50 & now £26.50. ? no atmosphere there anymore & all the tables are on top of each other.
There's that many tables that it's clear the staff & kitchen can't cope with the demand & has ruined the place.
Sheer greed.
Been going for years & this was our favourite place.

We were travelling back through Beverly and decided to stop on the off chance. It's a lovely place, loads of parking. The restaurant was spotless with helpful, friendly staff.
The food was great, fresh ingredients, and beautifully cooked. Would 100% go again if we're passing again. Definitely recommend it
