Today went to Browns of Beverley for the 1st time, the lady at the Dior counter was most helpful and polite, as I was lost in a sea of perfume, choosing a gift for my wife.My thanks to her.

Had excellent customer service from Tracey today after losing a stud from my Moda in Pelle boots. She ordered new boots for me which arrived the next day. Although the store was very busy she made time to sort out the problem in a friendly efficient manner. Her service was definitely worthy of 5 stars

We went for our annual Christmas lunch, which as always was delicious. It is expensive now at £16 because Brown's main store at York set the prices. To offset that, Beverley branch were offering a free drink or pudding included in the price. The turkey was plentiful and delicious, well-presented and with all the trimmings. Good enough to keep us returning each year!

Large store lots of choice but not all prices cheaper than going direct but there are some great deals if you know what you're after and have done research before going there

Didn't make 5 stars, overall my wife loves the shop...But unfortunately the cafe let us down....all the cakes look very nice, we had lunch, I had soup and a roll, quite watery soup with a "out of a packet" burger bun...hoping for a piece of fresh bread...my wifes jacket potato with salad, lacked dressing on the salad...Guess we both expected a bit more, as its quite a high end store....probably OK for cakes

Very helpful member of staff at the Clarins counter.Good range of perfumes and aftershave from different companies.Good range of ladies shoes boots and handbags .First floor hasladies clothes. There is also a cade there as well.

A delightful shopping experience, managed to spend 4 hours in this lovely shop. Many thanks to Sarah and Shelly , almost like having your own personal shopper! Nothing was too much trouble for these ladies , fetching different products for us to try on, making suggestions to complete our outfits and generally being extremely helpful. Very many thanks ladies and you?ll be pleased to know that I found suitable shoes downstairs!
