My grandmother Elizabeth went in and nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Abby were superb and my grandmother could not sing there praise high enough. She said Chris was a true gentleman holding the door open and speaking to her with such kindness. She said Abby looked after her like she was her grandmother. AMAZING, I would go here just to experience the same.

My parents went into the EE shop at Beverly to ask a simple question about their contract. They were greeted by CHRIS who was very dismissive and wasn?t willing to help. He was very disrespectful to them. He was continuously rude. Very poor experience & service ?

I visited EE in Beverley last weekend to get a new business phone. Millie and Chrissy were awesome - Millie found me a great deal and Chrissy helped get the paperwork sorted when their systems weren?t playing ball. Would definitely go back in future; thanks guys!

Jake was fantastic. I needed a new SIM asap because I was at work and my phone was entirely unusable. Jake quickly sorted me out with a working SIM. I am so so so thankful. He really saved me. Thank you so much Jake!

I went into the store today with several queries and received great service from Jake. I did have to wait for a while as there was only 2 staff on the shop floor but that was not a problem.
Everything was explained to me clearly.
I felt very reassured and confident with the information.
I decided to take out a new sim only contract and made enquiries about a new phone.
I?ve been with ee for many years and have no reason to change.

Sadly not a good service. Yawning staff member, not very interested in us and showed no quality in their approach. We wasted an ill advised hour and left before we lost our patience with them.

I recently upgraded my iPhone in store, Christopher was very helpful through the whole process. He helped me back up my WhatsApp data and iCloud in store and helped ordering my new iPhone which arrived when promised. I would highly recommend a visit to EE in Beverley.
