My grandmother Elizabeth went in and nothing was too much trouble. Chris and Abby were superb and my grandmother could not sing there praise high enough. My parents went into the EE shop at Beverly to ask a simple question about their contract. They were greeted by CHRIS who was very dismissive and wasn’t willing to help. He was very disrespectful to them. He was continuously rude. Very poor experience & service ?
