Nice jewellery but customer service not so good. Spent a good amount of money on my daughter's birthday and asked for a gift receipt- which was not a problem. However there was no mention of how long the return period was, so when my daughter wanted to change the necklace, fully boxed etc. for an identical shorter one, she was advised it could not be done. Instead the only offer of help was to send off the longer chain to have it shortened. The farce came into play when the shop assistant got the shorter version out to measure how much chain to remove! If the return period had been mentioned at the point of sale I would have waited to make the purchase.

Liberty and Lucy could not have been nicer or more helpful. Called just around/after closing time as left it a bit late for Father?s Day and took the time to look in to everything I asked and called me back first thing the next morning to help solve my issue. Nothing was a problem and they were so lovely. I highly recommend shopping here as there products are just so gorgeous as well. Thank you again :)
