Bought 2 scratch cards today 30/1/23 around 1pm won on it but couldn't claim my prize as the shop didn't activate the pack before selling to the public. Just had to phone national lottery to confirm my prize, send it of in post so I can claim my prize. Also tried calling the number provided on Google but the number is not recognised.

Costcutter in Walkington is a great village shop. They carry everything you could need and there is a post office there too. The staff are always helpful and friendly

How many times do I have to pull them about my change, they always seem to short change me. Also they forget to put the offers they've got on to the system. As for the staff they don't seem to have their minds on the job all the time. In the nutshell this shop doesn't seem to be run very professional!!

Great little shop. Always something nice in the deli section. Longer hours make it so convenient too.

More than the Manager's job's worth to allow my friend to use the toilet.. no pubs/eateries open in the village so this wasn't planned. To not allow someone the simple dignity of being able to use a toilet when they are not feeling well is disgraceful. It should be no big deal in this day and age. What if someone was sick or injured? Little Britain at its finest. Reason for visit? In Walkington having walked from Beverley red hot day - needed some lunch.
