The best coffee shop in Beverley. I came here to retrieve my birthday treat this week, I left in a very happy mood and had my day made by the wonderful staff. The staff are always amazing and kind, the atmosphere is so calm and peaceful too at the shop.
I live over an hour away but whenever passing through if I need a coffee or come shopping I come here.
The manager is great, keep doing what you?re doing team Costa flemingate!! You?ve always been top notch customer service.

Thank you so much to the team at the drive through Beverley . I wasn't feeling very well and drove straight past where you pay . The staff kindly gave me the coffee on the house . Credit to your lovely staff .

Always a great place to grab a coffee

My 16 year old daughter went today with 2 of her friends. She had 3 free drinks and 30% off all food coupons on her Costa app. When she ordered her food and drinks, she used her drink coupon, then asked for the 30% off her food order and was refused. This was a male member of staff and the other staff member (female) was rude and patronising when taking my daughters drinks order. After this, the male member of staff said Costa was closing and that they had to leave, 30 mins later my daughter walked past the shop and two other customers were only just leaving. This was 18th May. Can you tell me the reason why the 30% off all food was not honoured?
