My husband and I were served by Charlotte, a lovely girl who, in addition to providing incredible service, made one of the best coffees we've ever had. Thank you so much Charlotte for making our visit to Beverley even more special.

I'm sure the lady who seemed to be 'in charge' today will understand what I'm going to say ... "Technically" you should treat your customers with more respect than something you've swept off the floor. Sadly the last time I'll be visiting, but there again I think that would suit the member of staff. Maybe give the role to someone less rude and with some semblance of interest in customer service would be beneficial.

My favourite Café Nero in Beverley. Upstairs is very peaceful and relaxing. I love the music that is played. The staff are lovely too.
