“How the young guy at the till kept his cool with a customer insisting an on- line offer should be applied in-store was beyond me.The queue was getting longer and longer and more annoyed that another till opened briefly, then shut again.Manager was called, saying nobody available due to doors being open because of a delivery ( true, I saw the delivery wagon when entering retail park) .My only criticism is surely at near Xmas times that more people should move onto the tills when something like this occurs!! ?And to clarify on its on-line deals.Apart from that, it's generally a fantastic store, well run , well presented and clean .Credit to the young guy on the till on Saturday 16 December.”

“Lovely coffee, the price is at the top end of most coffee shops, I don't mind that, but for the last 2 weeks our coffee has been seved in paper cups, because the dishwasher is broken, we were told. I don't think that customers should have to pay full price for takeaway cups, it's hardly a nice experience to drink out of. If this doesn't change, will probably start using Costa again.”
