You may want to look at who you put on your tills not a smile and a very bad attitude too bothered about talking on her head set. Her customer service skills are shocking actually put us off coming back would rather go out my way and go into town even though we only live across the road!

Was on call to my friend whilst she was getting her Nose Pierced, So unprofessional they made her wait nearly 20 minutes after her prebooked appointment, then finally came over with a waver and stud options, Finally used a GUN and when she asked if they will be using one they said “No its not a gun its a piercing device”... read full comment

Always have my brow wax n tint here.Staff very professional and friendly.Great dark tint like I asked for and waxing is perfect.Good price as well.
